Terms & Conditions

This document governs the contractual relationship between the FEYNLAB® e-shop operator and the customer.

1. Seller identification

Company: SeMa Distribution, s.r.o., Company ID: 23511303, VAT ID: CZ23511303, registered office: Axmanova 3885/5, 767 01 Kroměříž, Czech Republic.

2. Order and conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is formed upon the seller's confirmation of the order. All prices are shown including/excluding VAT depending on customer type and current e-shop settings.

3. Payment and delivery terms

An overview of available payment methods, shipping, and delivery times is shown in the cart before completing the order.

4. Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless the law provides an exception. The return procedure and contact details for withdrawal need to be added to this section.

5. Claims and liability for defects

Claims are governed by applicable Czech legislation. Please specify the claims procedure, contact address, and indicative resolution deadlines.

6. Final provisions

The seller reserves the right to change these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
