SIA Technology: From adhesion to fusion.

Standard paint coatings rely solely on physical adhesion. They simply "sit" on the surface and their bond inevitably degrades over time.

FEYNLAB® approaches this through SIA technology. Our chemistry actively penetrates the paint's pores and creates unbreakable covalent bonds with it at the molecular level. The coating is not just another layer – it becomes a permanent part of the bodywork. The result? Protection that cannot be washed off with chemicals. It can only be mechanically abraded.

15 microns of pure force.

While most commercial "ceramics" (SiO2) form a layer just fractions of a micron thick (often below 0.5 µm), FEYNLAB® uses advanced polysilazanes.

This robust chemistry allows us to create a barrier of extreme thickness up to 15 microns. The massive shield not only uncompromisingly absorbs UV radiation and chemicals, but acts as a perfect optical lens. It is in this thickness that the secret of the absurdly deep reflection and the dark "wet-look" effect so typical of FEYNLAB® is hidden.

Self-Heal: A surface with its own memory.

The pinnacle of our engineering is the self-healing technology. Into the massive thickness of our coatings we have integrated unique elastomers and memory polymers.

If scratching occurs (e.g. during careless washing), the polymer lattice is not cut through, but only deformed. Once the surface is exposed to heat – whether from sunlight, hot water or a hairdryer – physics takes over and the polymers, thanks to their shape memory, retract to their original, perfectly smooth form. You get paint that actively fights ageing.
