Curing
Ceramic systems need time for chemical maturation. For the first 24–48 hours, be most careful: minimise contact with water, dust, and chemical stages. Always confirm specific windows in the product manual for that coating and with your installer.
7 days
typical full cure
Typical order of magnitude for consistent resistance and hydrophobicity — exact values always per product and studio.
Washing
Once you return to normal use, use neutral shampoos without waxes or fillers — ideally from the FEYNLAB® ecosystem (see Pure Wash).
Avoid
- brush automatic car washes in the first weeks,
- strong alkaline foam “just to be safe”,
- kitchen towels and single-bucket methods without dirt separation.
When to call the studio
Dried water spots after a storm, a mechanical scratch through the coating, or loss of hydrophobicity in one area — address it with a certified partner before trying aggressive chemistry at home.
